What is Groupe Germaction?

Above all, it's a place of learning! A continuing education academy for caregivers, teachers, educators and CSRs working with children under 12.

It's a meeting place for 14 passionate trainers who will help you increase your knowledge and know-how, each in their own speciality, through customized, value-added training.

Our clientele is highly varied, and includes day-care services (CPE, private day-care centers, RSE), schools, senior residences (RPA, RI), CIUSSS, CHSLD, hospitals and various private companies, etc.

Three specialties:
1. Early childhood: We and our trainers are passionate about everything to do with children under 12!

2. Hygiene and sanitation: When sanitary maintenance meets microbiology, you get an improved, cutting-edge vision of sanitation!

3. Emetophobia: The fear of vomiting or seeing vomit, and germophobia, the fear of germs.

History of Germaction

Founded in December 2005 by businesswoman and certified microbiologist Nathalie Thibault, Germaction inc. is fast becoming a favorite in the early childhood world, both for its advice and its practical tools. The company's core business is knowledge transfer and staff training. Expanding its horizons, Germaction became Groupe Germaction, adding more than 12 experienced trainers. From distance learning to 100% online, ZOOM or face-to-face training, Germaction has innovated by offering dynamic and interesting training for anyone working with children under 12.
